"I came here for a DOT Physical last week. They put the wrong number on the medical certificate. Drove almost three hours back only for them to give me another certificate that my company wouldn't take because they scribbled over a mistake. Nice people but I wouldn't advise anyone to utilize there DOT services."

When I asked the secretary if maybe my name was over looked, she because rude and extremely unprofessional. I've been waiting to the point when other patients are being called before me."
