"Totally inflexible and accommodating scheduling. Hard to make appointments without being done well in advance. My last appointment I was a few minutes late and I was told they would work me in. I was intentionally left to wait for over 40 minutes and told I would have to reschedule. There was more than ample time to give me a shot between patients, they intentionally did not want to accommodate me. They waited for the next patient to come in multiple times. Very rude!"

"Charged my daughter over $500 when insurance should’ve paid but they made a typo so it never went through. Over a year contesting the charge, they pushed it to claims so she was basically strong armed into paying what insurance should’ve covered due to their poor billing department. I would avoid at all costs."
"Allergy Partners of Fredericksburg misspelled my insurance number causing me to have to pay out of pocket. I have reached out to them several times trying to settle this and they say they’ll call me back but never do and instead they send me bills in the mail. Every time I call again I have to re-explain my situation and once again, nothing comes of it. Their services cost an outrageous amount - approximately $200 for a 15 minute telehealth visit. Overall very dissatisfied with the service I received here and will never go back. Make sure to triple check they spell everything correctly!"
