"Service was not good. I came in early but they called the PA (male) and he said to check me in to be seen. Left me in a room for over an hour and then told me to come back at my original appt time to be seen. Why check me in and say I can be seen early? All billing and appointments now go through India. I paid balance and they still will not make me an appointment. I am now almost out of my pain medication and cannot be seen because of their newproceds"

"The front desk girls are awesome. I only ever saw Dr. S for the 4-5 short months that I was a patient there and let me just tell you, he is NOT the dr for you if you suffer from CRPS. He pretty much discharged me after only trying 1 course of meds with me, one ER med, one IR med. He told me to stop taking the ER med because it was constipating me, and then the next visit, tried to discharge me from his practice, because he said my urine was flagged because that med didn’t show up in urine screen.I reminded him that he told me to stop taking it, but there was “nothing he could do”, about my account being flagged. I was essentially discharged because he wanted me on a pain pump, I couldn’t find a place that would accept my insurance and do my pain pump, and him and “his team” didn’t feel comfortable to keep writing me prescriptions, which makes no sense to me. I was so upset when I left there. I told him that it was treatment like this, and patients being cut off for no reason, that had people turning to the streets and killing themselves. I thought you were a doctor because you wanted to “help people.” You, Dr. S., are completely condescending and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. Shame on you."

"The front desk girls are great. The female PA's have been great in the past five or so years. The males in this place think they are better than you. I will never let this doctor touch me again with injections or procedures, I'll go to the ER or stay in pain. He doesn't seem to care about anything but money which seems to be a common complaint with these reviews I don't know how they have a 3.9 out of 5 to be honest. Edit: I still feel this way about the males but they have a wonderful nurse practitioner Alex Lapple. She actually makes it worth coming to this place. As long as I can see her when I go there I will continue to go. She can't do the procedures but she can do some injections and during the visits she makes you feel like you matter. She takes the time to listen and takes appropriate measures. Because of her and changed my one star to three If they got rid of the two males that are there and replace them with individuals that cared about the patients I would change it to five stars."
