"I’ve been going to Pivot in Harrison Crossing for several months now. The women who work at the front desk are always warm and welcoming. They help with any questions you may have and are extremely accommodating with booking appointments around a schedule that works for you. My physical therapist is Rafal. He is kind, patient, and super informative when working alongside you during your PT journey. He explains the why behind the what, and even gives you exercises and bands for you to use at home on your off days. He uses a variety of techniques, constantly switching them up at your appointments so they exercises do not become morning or mundane. I highly recommend this facility and Rafael specifically as your physical therapist."

It did take me a while to get called back, however, I am a brand new patient on my first visit so I pretty much expected it. Therapist was nice and helpful.
