"Just left there. 2nd time there, 2nd time not seeing a provider. Told them why I was there and they asked why I don’t go back to the provider i had been to 2 days earlier. Like what? The lady who came out to the waiting room to question me wouldn’t allow me to come back with my daughter (who was actually the patient) but allowed her son and I guess it was her husband to come back there and they weren’t sick. The crazy part is that she then told me they don’t accept my insurance: AETNA! CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN OR CHANGE THE STAFF AND TREAT PEOPLE WHO COME IN FOR CARE. No X-rays were needed. No special treatment was needed. Nothing that a NORMAL urgent care can’t handle. But they were quick to tell me to go somewhere else. Y’all are only there for show because right now, I feel like you refused to treat. Even if you don’t accept my insurance, you still could have given me the option to pay and I could have taken that up with my insurance company afterward. You suck!"
"Jennifer took such good care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while she worked to get my vitals down. She and Alex had exceptional bedside manner and truly cared about my well being. Entire staff were friendly and the facility was clean and welcoming. Thank you MWHC Urgent Care Plank Rd!!"
"My son and I came right at 8am and we were seen right away. The staff were all so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The convenient location plus the great service has made this our go-to urgent care in town."
"I went here yesterday when I had a nosebleed that wouldn't stop - we drove in from Lake Anna area which took 45 minutes. I wasn't even signed in or taken to a room when someone I believe to be a nurse came out and explained they don't have the facility to really treat me. When my husband asked if we should go to the ER this lady said the ER didn't have ability to cauterize a nosebleed either. They would have to call in an ENT and it would be better to have my doctor send me to an ENT during the week. Her last comment was "You won't die from a nosebleed." We went home as it had almost stopped - after being home for about an hour it started up again. This time my husband called our doctor who sent us to the ER at Lee's Hill. We were taken right in and did get it cauterized after a 3-hour visit. I will definitely not recommend this urgent care."
"When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by some of the nicest people I have ever met, Jennifer immediately took me to the back and started my triage, she was patient and kind. I felt very comfortable and safe. She took me to my room where i was greeted by Zaniah the medical assistant, she was so kind and sweet, she started to ask questions about my visit and she professionally answered each question with a smile and empathy. Then in came the Doctor, Alex, she came in and immediately smiled at me and it gave me comfort to share my concerns with her, I was able to get the advice that I needed. My visit was amazing because they were professional and caring. Thanks guys!!!"
