"I cannot understand how any doctors office can refuse to see a child because they have accepted all of the Medicaid patients they will accept. So if you’re unfortunate enough to have Medicaid don’t call them. Staff was polite. She politely told me to call someone else."

"We've had a great experience here so far. The nurse line is quick to return calls after hours. The morning walk-in hours are 7 days a week. Since there are several pediatricians here you can choose one that suits your family well when making appointments. There's definitely some variance with bedside manner and we've come to appreciate the differences of opinion. We've had excellent experiences with all four we've seen on different occasions. There are a lot of exam rooms so there isn't ever a rush to get you out after your visit. They give as much time as is needed in case a feeding or changing or whatever happens. They're all decorated with different themes as well. It's a really nice place."

"All staff at this practice are amazing, they really care about the kids and their families. All the doctors are great, but we mainly see Dr. Renick. He has a way of calming our child down but speaking to her like she has a say in her care. He includes her in every conversation and now that she's older mainly asks her the questions to get a diagnosis. Dr. Renick also cares about the cost of things. He will make sure he gives you all appropriate and safe options so we can decide what is best and cost efficient for us. I always had a fear of doctors when I was little, I didn't want that to he the case for my child. The doctors here work well with children's fears and are still able to get the job done. I have and will continue to refer this practice to anyone."
