"I love Dr. Ehler and the staff in the back. The staff up front at check in are rude and act like they have better things to do than check you in. My only issue is you can never get anyone on the phone and when they need to cancel your appt they do a robo call and then you have to leave multiple messages to get a call back to reschedule the appointment they cancelled."

"I was at my appointment this morning for an hour and a half. In that time I think I spent all together 25-30 minutes with an actual technician or doctor. The rest of the time I was just waiting. One of the technicians made me feel pressured to get my eyes dilated even though I had to go back to work and dilation is an outdated practice. I've tried to make this place work for me for the last three years but today was the last. The office is just too big and takes too long to get through a routine visit. Time to look for a new eye doctor."

I was taken through a series of steps and tests by friendly, courteous, professional staff members. They kept me informed of what was happening making for a pleasant, stress free experience. My wait time was minimal and completely acceptable. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the staff performing preliminary tests, to the examining and diagnosing doctor, all the way to the checkout desk were a pleasure to deal with."
