"Check his credentials. Dr. Rizvi pushed medication on me when I told him I didn’t like the way it made me feel. His excuse was that 10 mg wasn’t really enough to do anything. As a naive patient, I accepted that and additions of other anxiety meds. These turned me into someone I did not recognize. My chest pain has been so bad, I had a cardiac work up last year. Thank goodness I realized they were the issue when I tried to increase them. I became even angrier than previously and my chest hurt all day long. Don’t trust that everything you’re told is fact. I tried to convey how much trauma I’ve been through but no one could consider the diagnosis from Bradley Gerber being wrong. You all need to go back to college and learn what complex post traumatic stress looks like. When a patient says they grew up with an abusive alcoholic parent, BELIEVE THEM! When a patient says they came from an abusive marriage and smear campaign, BELIEVE THEM. Rizvi will judge you if you choose to medicate with natural remedies but insist you choke down drugs that don’t help you, all day long. He lied about our interaction and when I reached out to dispute it, he was able to discharge me."

"He absolutely cannot stand to be challenged. He seems completely out of touch with me as another human being, poor bedside manner, lacking knowledge of overlapping symptoms in varying mental illness and at times was belittling to me. Do not recommend."
