"Dr. Delgado (honestly not sure of spelling, Im terrible with names) has been a god-send. She is the first doctor to take me seriously. Im finally getting treatment for my endometriosis, and relief from it! Shes kind and supportive, shes practically my own personal cheerleader! Ive recommended her to several people i know and they loved her too! The only complaint i habe is that she wont be moving cross-country with me!"

"(**Update: Feebie (spelling?) the office mgr was initially tense but later very helpful in getting the payment issues worked out, showed concern about my review below which I was surprised she saw, and has been changing some staff. My bill is Not in collections yet and although Im owing $1,300 not the billed $400 since my insurance didnt accept it, it is what it is and I am mainly concerned with not damaging my credit rating. Beware, "participate" doesnt mean in-network. I think staff should tell us in or out of network but its also my own responsibility to fully understand all terminology, so I accept the fees. End of update.**) Tiny office with somewhat casual (more casual than I prefer) staff members. Clean with a nice design. Nice nurse. Unfortunately they (clerical staff not the MDs) are on the incompetent side. First, I asked if they take my insurance (meaning IN-NETWORK FULLY COVERED) and I was told yes. Turned out they were Out of Network and I had to pay out of pocket since my deductible is $20k so basically relief is non-existent. Next, I got a bill from a lab because the Dr's office didnt send my insurance info and DX code with the lab test stuff. And I didn't see that letter for a while so it's now in fkng collections. Modjoros is very down to Earth and easy to talk to but definitely a bit on the abrasive side and makes sassy/smart alick retorts in response to a normal calm answer that you give her to a question...not meaning harm, I think, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Lots of testing, planning regimens, not really getting things Fixed, performed, or readily prescribed. Older female desk staff made a joke amongst themselves pertaining to race which wasnt an insult but again, rubbed me the wrong way."
