"The facility is fine. The building is dated. The INOVA Primary Care offices are on the 2nd FLOOR not the 1st floor. Use the elevator or the stairs to go up and down. There is an on-site lab there also. Parking for this building is quite busy and packed."

"Friendly and very helpful staff. Sure there are waits on the phone sometimes, but this last time I was helped very quickly and by Annie, who helped me save an appointment that I had just canceled by mistake. She was very understanding about my stress and urgency and worked efficiently with Angela at another location to get it back. Dr. Choi has always been patient and listened to my concerns since I started here last year, and she helped me address a very important issue that not all physicians have been helpful with. RN Keith has also been friendly and helpful in the past. I hate to not mention someone...I drive half hour to get here but it's been worth it. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on certain days, especially Mondays, with a small lot. Once you enter the lot from Park Street, they have several spaces marked with a white sign for "130 Park St" along the wooden fence on the right as you drive to the end/rear of the lot. I have parked in unmarked spaces too without problems, but I'd ask the staff. Overall I'm satisfied."
"Provider Jennifer S Choi blanco is one of the worst provider i have ever met at Inova. No empathy , no communications nor a personality. She is very self centered person as never respond to her clients , nor care to bother to diagnose. I had to go diagnose myself as she just has a title of "Doctor" this is such a shame that peoples like this become a doctor with no empathy or understanding and getting paid for nothing! I will never recommend her and she is not a good doctor at all. I would never go back to this office. Horrible provider!"
"I walked in hopping on one leg because of an ankle sprain and the two dark color person on the counter offer NO HELP whatsoever. I had called the service center and though I had an appointment there, the color nurse was extremely mean and unprofessional with me, she offered no resolution for my situation, she just turned around and did not take care of me. Horrible service! I had to ask an Hispanic family that was walking out for help, they drove me to another knobs center."
