"When will this company respect requests to cease and desist in sales calls? This behavior does not fill me with confidence. A health care provider shouldn't be so bottom line that they violate the conventions (laws?), that other telemarketing companies follow."
"The entire process in trying to begin treatment was an awful mess. Their office does not communicate efficiently and there is no direct number to call to ask questions. I was told they would confirm if my insurance was accepted but that process was not done. I would not trust them for treatment when they cannot efficiently communicate interoffice and with patients. Wasted my time."
"I'm relatively new to the area but had previously received TMS for chronic, drug resistant depression and anxiety. We came across Greenbrook when looking for local providers after moving here in spring of 2022. Having previously gone through a full TMS treatment plan with limited success, Greenbrook suggested we talk about Spravato. I'd done some reading on ketamine treatment and cautiously began learning. Intake involved a full history of medications, treatment and interviews. The staff worked with my insurance to ensure everything was covered and explained it all to me and my wife. The staff has been patient and caring as I have worked through the program. I've now been on Spravato for about 4 months, am in maintenance mode and have seen exceptional improvement. My wife has been involved the entire way and provides the same assessment. In her words, I have gone from 3-4 bad days a week to 1 day a month. If you have found Greenbrook looking for a caring staff, two progressive treatment options, etc. I offer my heartfelt recommendation. My only caution is to be clear about scheduling. The very minor issues we've had are around a couple mix communications on scheduling. Joy and play have returned to me!"
"I wanted to write a more current review to accurately reflect the treatment I am receiving now (not years ago, like previous reviews) at Greenbrook TMS in Tyson’s. First of all, I agree with another recent review that ratings should reflect the care received at the treatment center and not anyone’s personal responses to specific medications. My history with Greenbrook TMS spans a couple of years. I had my baby 2.5 years ago and had been depressed for about 2 years after that. About a year or so after she was born, I was referred for TMS at Greenbrook by my psychiatrist out of DC. I actually went to the Fair Oaks location. It was pleasant and the staff there were very nice. I believe I was treated for 6-8 weeks? I can’t remember the typical course of treatment. The TMS did not work for me. About a year later, my doctor and I started talking about getting ECT or this new medication, Spravato (esketamine) for my treatment-resistant depression. While ketamine infusions have been on the market for awhile now, Spravato is administered intranasally. Due to the possible side effects, you must be monitored for 2 hours at each treatment. The initial treatments are rigorous and a time commitment, but I will sacrifice anything for my mental health and getting *me* back. I am now in my second month of treatment and can confidently say that it is working for me. I just left a treatment, actually, and told the staff there that I am so happy, and loving life again. I will do anything to help more (depressed) people experience what Greenbrook TMS has given me - my life back. Not to mention, the office is SO comfortable and welcoming - both physically and supportively. They truly care about providing the best, individualized treatment for each patient. Each visit, I am monitored by 2 staff members, one of whom is a nurse. I also have a consult with their PA at each visit. Side note: she kept me company for 1+ hours on my first visit to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Recently, my insurance company tried telling me that they were going to deny my Spravato treatments. The Spravato coordinator worked quickly and efficiently behind-the-scenes to appeal my insurance's decision and ensure that the medication would be covered for me. These are genuinely good people who care about you and what they do! I highly recommend Greenbrook TMS. Get your life back on track!"
"I experienced a LOT of billing mistakes! Please be careful when they said "it's all cover by your insurance". After l started the treatment they changed their mind saying it was my own company insurance fault which l "facts checked" with notes from supervisor and the calls with TMS and it was a lied! They charged you new fees to continue. I also just discovered on my credit card account that they did AGAIN another billing mistake!"
