"My experience regarding treatment with Dr Lovelace was excellent however office staff response is terrible. No return phone calls in regard to follow up treatment. I would give zero stars if I could toward that."

"I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. This office is horrible. I left the ER with a very painful hip and knee injury. I immediately called Dr Schwartz office to make an appointment. I was told it would be a week or two out before I could be seen. I explained the importance of the visit and asked if there was anyone else that could see me. They scheduled me with a PA for 9:30. As I was leaving my house I fell down the stairs due to the knee and hip. I tried calling them multiple times to let them know I would be late. As I was head there I finally got in touch with someone. They asked about how long before I arrive I told them 10-15 mins. I explained what happen and how much pain I was in. They did not care. They told me I would have to wait and reschedule for next week. Before we hung up the phone I was pulling in their parking lot. I was 11 mins late for an appointment that I really really needed. They don’t care for their patients. They care about the money and getting people in and out. I can’t tell you how many times I have been to an appointment 15 mins early and the appointment not even start for 15 mins late. It’s ok for them to disrespect their patients and their time. But if you are 15 minutes late they won’t even see you. No matter why. No grace. No compassion. No understand. Thankfully Shenandoah Valley Orthopedic was caring and understood the severity of my pain and fit me in the same day."

"Drs are nice. Just the way their office conducts business is trash. NO ONE. and I mean even the multiple people up front, never answers the phones. You can never speak with anyone. Only voicemail after unanswered voicemail. Definitely not using them anymore. I have taken my issues, and my time else where."

"Quite the pleasant experience. The front office staff was wonderful and friendly. The nursing staff was efficient. I had an appointment with Dr. Kime and he was great. He had a fantastic bedside manner, very knowledgeable and understanding. He came up with a conservative diagnostic plan. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this office as a whole! So glad to have them treating me."

Dr Greer explained everything about my procedure before hand and then also explained every step he was taking throughout the procedure. He was so kind and efficient.
