"We did not receive a bill and we were sent to collections from last May. Found out today about it when taking my son to get stitches. Only way for him to be seen was to pay the co-pay plus 40% of what was sent to collections. (Which was $23.) They refused to just let us lay the $23 plus copay. Even after explaining that I didn't know of the collection/bill. I do however love the nurses, NP and Dr's. there. They are always very patient, kind & professional. Truly care about their patients. Wait time is the best in the area! & their new location is beautiful! Front end staff is typically all friendly & professional. 4 stars due to billing issues. The woman who was handling it, was only doing what her boss tells her to do, so I have no problem with how she handled the situation."
