"They canceled my appointment while I was checking in then refused to help me and insisting I use the self serve kiosk despite it not having my option. No one came to help and the pharmacy actually refused to help me. The staff are useless and the service is aggressive, DO NOT GO HERE unless you enjoy trash service and have nothing better to apart from waste time."

"I had an appointment today to get my second shingles vaccination. I arrived about 5 minutes late and went immediately to the vaccination sign at the pharmacy. This was the process for my first shingles vaccination. After waiting 10 minutes, I was informed that i need to go to the Minute Clinic area. I promptly went there and signed in. After waiting about 10 minutes, another man came in and signed in. After approximately 20 minutes, the nurse came out after treating another patient and called the man who 1) clearly did not have an appointment and 2) came later than me. I indicated to the nurse that I had an appointment and she looked completely confused. I promptly left: if Minute Clinic at CVS/Nutley cannot get simple booking and customer service, there is no way I am letting them give me an injection."

"My Dr. today was Hira Masood. In shorts words, horrible experience! This is my last time I am using Minute Clinic! There are at least two types of medical examiners in my experience of being a CDL driver. First type, they are looking for every minor and microscopic reason to fail you. Second, is examiners who understand that you are human being and our bodies are not perfect. Unfortunately, Dr. Masood is in first category. If you want to deal with a robot with no feelings or compassion towards a patient, skip and don't read my review. Good luck!"

"Worst walk in clinic..very unprofessional.. the nurse finished with a patient..didn't bother checking for other patients.. I was waiting for 30 min..( was checked in and my name was on screen) patient left room . I Got up looked in and saw nurse on cell phone.. with her mask on.. she asked " can I help you" as if I were at a clothing store.. I said I was waiting .(I can see my name on her screen.. she was trying to play it off and said did you check in?) As if she had no clue she had patients nor did she check the waiting area). she was still sitting there told me to close the door behind me..lazy, unprofessional and uncaring. Didn't change paper on table...yet guy in front of my was coughing non stop... Very rude.. !!! I left .. .. would give 0 stars..s"

"We checked in and were given a wait time of an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later, we received the notification that we were next. An hour later, the NP came out of the room, lied to our faces about what she had been doing, how many patients she had seen, how the check in/wait system worked, and announced she was taking her lunch. While we were waiting, our time estimate changed from an hour to 30 minutes, to 2 hours+ and we kept moving from next to second and back. After 2.5 hours of waiting, the screen showed a time estimate of 1 hr and then we left. 2.5 hours of waiting, rude treatment and zero service provided."
