"Arrived at 8:25 for an 8:40 appointment Dr. Highfill did not step into the room until 9:15 and did not apologize for extreme lateness. He then spent 45 seconds on the examination and then left. What a waste of time! I am sure his bill to my insurance company doesn't reflect his time. #letmeseethebill Find another place to go. The front desk staff is rude and the nurses and people following the doctors are just as nasty. Update: I was charged $175 for a 5 minute office visit. Then, the doctor added a note in his record that he never mentioned during the short visit."

"Worst doctor in NoVa. Showed up at 345 for a 4pm appt. Left at 5 after not seeing any doctor. This place is not worth anyone's time. They should be ashamed at their lack of empathy, time management, and patient care. Hard pass."

"I don’t even want to put one star, as Dr. Hosick was a huge disappointment. I scheduled my appointment for a possible dislocated index finger and had X-rays done at a local Urgent Care. I specifically asked for a hand specialist. He walked in (an hour past my appointment) and took one look at my hand and said it was fine, just arthritis. I mentioned I couldn’t move my finger at all, and that I need more info than that. He then said “I’m not a hand specialist or surgeon.” Then as he walked out of the room, he said I needed surgery - but remember, he wasn’t a “hand specialist.” All in all, I spent $400 for this? Highly disappointed and will never go back. What a scam!"

"I had an evaluation for a shoulder injury in 2022 and was told that I could get a payment plan for my visit. After calling six times and emailing twice, my request for a payment plan has been consistently ignored. Buyer beware, this practice will not honor any need for financial assistance, even if they say they will. This is medical profit machine with no regard for its patients beyond their bank accounts. Absolutely abhorrent and irresponsible behavior."

"My appointment was 3:50pm. I was in the room and taking x-rays from 3:30-3:40. I didn't ask for x-rays and was hesitant to get them, but it appeared I wasn't going to get a choice. The nurse seem to cut me off when I told her what my chiropractor suggested. I waited until 4:10 in the room. Then I hear the doctor in the hall and he is talking with his last client about septic tanks for a good 5-10 minutes before he enters my room. Then he rushes the appointment. The x-rays showed nothing, like I knew they would, he made a condescending remark about my chiropractor, then did not explain the side effects of a Cortisone shot. I woke up in extreme pain at 2am with no idea what was happening. They have very limited phone hours to call and get help, so I had to play phone tag with their answering service and nurses to try to get an answer."
