They kept intentionally triggering and provoking me.Working with local police to harass me. They were giving out my confidential health records to people who had no consent from me to see them. Violating my rights to privacy. Disgusting and despicable. Drive back to UVA and ask for a refund on your education Hartman"

"The reviews speak for themselves. I really dislike leaving anything negative but If i can help save someone’s time and life then why not. If you are looking for someone who actually cares or looks at your chart then this is the wrong place for you. I recently went in for labs and received a message from the nurse advising me to lose weight and excerxise ( I’m 118) in order to lower my cholesterol levels. What kind of advice is this? It’s pathetic they can’t glance at your chart for 2 seconds before writing back to you. Save your time and go somewhere that actually cares about your health!"

"Downhill. Require appointments for every Rx refill. Give you 10 pills a month and no refills for meds they would have normally given you 30 of. Not controlled substance. Just so you can get charged to come back in."

"i’ve been to this practice for a few years now. every single time i’ve gone they are running behind and i have to wait 30-45min past my appointment time to be seen. my most recent visit i had to wait an hour and a half to talk to the doctor for less than 15min. everyone is nice but they have scheduling issues, i would go elsewhere."

"Dr. Lenore Day is always excellent, kind, professional & thorough. She gives me efficient medical advice & proper instructions to relieve pain. I travel from out of state to see her & am so grateful for her still seeing of me with continuity of my personal health care. Highly recommended! Front & nursing staff always helpful, polite & professional every time I come to the office. Revision/addition: I have no problem waiting to be seen, no matter how long the wait is. As I am not the medical professional, I trust/know that the doctors clinical & front staff strive to take each patient one at a time, being patient and listening to all their issues. Sure I have to return to family, work or to daily routines but everyone’s time is important, especially when the doctors/clinical staff are constantly having to triage issues at a general practice."
