"It is a horrible place and they are simply unequipped to handle people with disabilities. Just like the other reviews stated, they will charge for appointments you didn't have and ones that you canceled. The owner is irate and doesn't act like a professional at all. It is all about the money for them. Don't go here."

"Horrible my daughter missed 2 telehealth appointments...she is 12 they put her on a probation ..the therapist suggested she do every other week instead of every week which made it harder for her to remember..she forgot this week it's on a Saturday...I called and tried to join the meeting late ..no reply ..therapy is supposed to help you not stress you out more it's horrible .so now Joe sent me and email saying my daughter who is suicidal is band because she was late to an appointment. F this place"

"I found this practice two years ago from a simple google search, feeling hopeless and unsure of what to do next for my then 10 year old daughter. Samantha picked up the phone and let me cry and I truly felt hopeful after my conversation with her. Even though they are based in Hampton my daughter was about to see, the now retired, Susan Eastman in her Norfolk office and she was amazing and helped my daughter in ways I couldn’t at the time and helped me in ways I didn’t know I needed. My daughter now sees Eleanor and just when I thought therapy for my girl couldn’t get any better it absolutely did! Eleanor is amazing on SO many levels, the bond she has formed with my daughter is so special and she has helped my girl grow in so many ways! I cannot recommend them enough, working at a medication management office I tell any prospective clients looking for therapy for their children to give them a call! 10/10 and thank you for everything you guys have done for my family the past two years!!"

"Set up an appointment for my daughter to see if they would be a good fit. They didn't take my insurance, but we were willing to try if it would help. Held one tele-health session, and then they scheduled us bi-weekly without informing me via email, text, or phone. Got a text notification that another session was happening the day before it was scheduled, and so cancelling incurred a full service charge. The therapist seemed fine based on my daughter's feedback (just not the best fit of all the therapists we tried). But their business practices leave something to be desired. We were clear up front that we were still trying to find the right therapist, so automatically scheduling us for more sessions without discussing it seems shady, particularly coupled with the fact that their text system didn't notify us about it until cancelling would incur a fee."

"Just unbelievable!!!! How do they let people like this work in a mental health place! The girl answering the phone is SO rude! Hung up the phone on me at least 4 times! Their forms were not submitting and in stead of trying to help or be understanding just saying they will not accept me for appointments. I asked for help with the language and they discriminate who ever English is not their first language! I wanted to schedule an appointment fo get help dealing with situations and they just made everything harder. I am just shocked that this is the service in a place for mental health and that this kind of people work there. Maybe it needs to be reviewed better who is being hired..."
