"I visited the Family Allergy Center for allergy testing for my son today and if there’s a negative star, I’ll have given it. The receptionist provided a -100 star service. First she ignored us when we walked in, she was on the phone and totally ignored our presence. I signed in and waited for her to finish her call. Then, she asked for ID and insurance card. I provided an ID card that cannot be scanned and I told her I’m willing to give any information that’s needed including calling my insurance and she can copy the insurance information at the back of the ID like every other practice I’ve been to for 15 years but she insisted she’ll have to cancel the appointment. I explained that all the other doctor’s offices I’ve been to would request all information including SSN BUT she said “I’ll have to cancel the appointment, we’re stand alone office”. She had the worst attitude I’ve seen in a long time especially not in this area. I’ll never visit this place again, this receptionist is the worst I’ve ever met. I pulled my son from school and got off work and all the time was wasted because she cancelled the appointment."
