"This review is for DR, Ryan primarily… she is a very bias doctor with inadequate bedside manners. I honestly feel her looking down on me and feel she is very racist and is trying to control as she is a doctor… She is also not qualified to be a doctor as she has miss diagnosed with the few seconds of time she actually gave me. I ended up in ER because of her brushing off and giving me less than 1 min of time when I went for sick visit…. I gave her few chances as I felt maybe I am overthinking, but time after time she proven to be bad doctor… Please save your self and do not use her as your doctor. Dr Markin is amazing but rarely available now a days… miss her but have to find new primary care since can’t get appointments with her when I need them."

"Background: I received an exam from S. Shawn Niemann, M.D. in March. He clearly explained a simple plan to 1) perform lab tests, 2) continue medicine, 3) retest, 4) change medicine, 5) retest and assess results. TL;DR: On the day of the second retest (7/31) I departed RRFM without receiving any services after two verbal disagreements with staff and threatening behavior from Dr. Niemann’s medical technician. Details: The office staff insisted on scheduling me for an exam when I attempted to schedule the blood draws for both retests. Follow-up exams were not a part of Dr. Niemann’s verbal or written instructions and I do not know why they would be given the clear and concise care plan noted above. Even if follow-up exams were a part of the care plan, I was very clear that these specific dates and times needed to be blood draws only. I managed to receive the first retest in June but when I checked-in for the second retest on 7/31 I found out that I was scheduled for an exam. Receptionist #1 became confused about the mistake. Receptionist #2 actively stepped in and dismissed my concern with a terse observation along the lines of, “well you are probably just getting both done today.” Dr. Niemann’s medical tech brings me in and weighs me. When we enter the exam room I explain I’m supposed to be receiving a blood draw and not an exam. He becomes immediately irritated and insists on showing me his incorrect scheduling system entry for my appointment, which I’ve now told 3 staff members is wrong. Then this exchange occurs: Tech, with in elevated voice and aggressive posture: “Well what do you want?” Me: “I want a blood draw and to leave.” Tech: “Fine, I’ll talk to the doctor.” He leaves me in the exam room slamming the door behind him. I exit the exam room and say, “I’ll just go.” Tech response: “Good!” So I left. I lost an hour and a half of salary and benefits to attend the non-appointment, I received no services for my time, and I need to start over with a new office to assess some concerning changes between my initial lab test and the first retest results. Conclusion: I showed for the service that I scheduled and I did not cancel. I was denied the service that I intended to receive by a threatening RRFM staff member. No attempt has ever been made to contact me and apologize for the mistake or threatening behavior. Instead, two attempts have now been made to extract $50 from me for a “cancellation.” I will not provide compensation for the reason stated in this bill or any other reason pertaining to the 7/31 office visit. I provided these details to RRFM billing after the first attempt to solicit compensation. They sent me the second bill anyway without any other correspondence."
