"This urgent care is overall very great. The front desk staff is extremely sweet and helpful and Ive seen Dr. Jill a few times and she was wonderful, caring and informative. Today, I saw Dr. Heron, who was quite condescending and provided a different experience than I usually receive, which wasn't great. Today's experience knocked it down a star - it otherwise definitely would've been a 5/5."

"I will not be returning! Dr. H was very rude, dismissive and snapped at me. I feel like this doctor would rather be elsewhere, and it's obvious that I'm not the only person left unimpressed by her bedside manner. The receptionist was very nice, and the nurse was pleasant as well. I did not like that I had to fill out a patient satisfaction survey before I left because I felt awkward rating my experience in front of staff. There were only two other patients so the wait time was pretty quick but now I see why! I'm sure the other doctor is good, but I wouldn't take a chance seeing Dr. H twice."

"I had read good reviews of this place and decided to go there for the first time today. Unfortunately, I had Dr. Heron, and she was not very friendly. The entire time she came off as rude and condescending. As other reviews have mentioned, she has an attitude and does not even look at you while talking. Dr. Heron barely addressed my concerns and never explained why I had to take the medication she prescribed and just sent me off. I only gave this place one star because the receptionist was really nice. I wanted to enjoy my visit, but it looks like I won't be coming back here again after that. I believe ALL providers at a facility should be well-respected and liked, not just a select few. With that being said, I’ve noticed Management respond to a few other reviews, excusing her conduct by saying she is an “excellent” provider. From a business perspective, no matter how qualified someone is, nobody wants to work with a miserable person. If multiple patients have complained about their experiences with her, why are you still allowing her to practice here? Do better. It’s honestly embarrassing."

"This is by far the best urgent care I have ever visited. I've been twice now, once for myself and once with my toddler, and was seen very quickly and treated so well both times. They were so sweet and patient with my son, and made our lives a million times easier by seeing us both at once. Can't tell you how much I appreciate having this urgent care less than 10 minutes from our house."
