"What an amazing team they have there. I went for my study and the mask I was given by the supplier is not the one that was prescribed by the doctor. I contacted Melvina the sleep center Director and she had me come in right away to meet with Brant the sleep tech. He knew right away what the issue was, offered me a couple of other mask options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each mask. Once I selected the one he recommended he took the time to make sure it fit correctly, adjusted my machine to the correct settings and even gave me his cell number in case I had any issues. What an amazing team."

"The entire process has been a hassle. But, moreso since my second sleep study. The technician from my second sleep study has now twice assigned me appointments without speaking with me. Prolonging what should be a simple process. In total I've had 7 scheduled appointments with 5 being problematic. I would not recommend this practice as insurance has requirements for appointments to be made within specific time limits."
