"I was referred by a PCP with concerns of heart related issues. I was very nervous about this appointment and somehow, it was far worse that I could have anticipated. Dr. Shah was cold and blunt right from the start and I could tell he was not listening to my concerns. At one point, I brought up a newer symptom that is very concerning to me (and closely related to heart issues) and he told me he wasn’t going to deal with it because he was a cardiologist and not a PCP. He made every single concern of mine sound like I was imagining things. He finally told me that I was overweight and I need to fix my relationship with food. Then handed me a paper on plant based eating and told me to watch the video on taking steps to better my food relationship. My very real concerns were dismissed as weight related, when I’ve had some of these problems since I was 7 years old and severely underweight. If you are a female and not a size 2, stay far away from this man."

"I have been a patient of Carient Heart and Vascular for a while. I even moved my elderly mother to their practice becuse the Doctors and nurses were awesome.I have been to 3 different offices for Carient Heart and Vascular. The Vienna vascular office was superb and the folks there were amazing. The Manassas office was great untll I had to have a stress test. The gentleman who was trying to put in my IV had some major issues. I do not believe he knew how to put in an IV, Unfortunately his lack of professionalism also showed in his lack of hygene. It was bad enough to make me physically sick. Now the Warrenton office has gone from hero to zero. My elderly mother had just got out of the hospital and needed to have a EKG done. Easy enough we schedule for a Friday. I take off work get her to the office to find out they canceled and the receptionist has moved the appointment to Saturday. Okay things happen I can understand. Saturday we get there to find out they have changed the appointment again and has been moved without notice. When your elderly mother can barely walk its not an easy task to get her into a car to travel 30 minutes, to be told "Oh that's tomorrow". I am not putting her through the stress or pain to have to try a third time to more than likely be told that oh thats tomorrow again."

"After having imaging done here I was called with the results & I was told by the staff who called me that "no abnormalities were found." I later had an appointment with a cardiologist at this location who told me that an abnormality was found & that he was referring me to a surgeon. I like the doctor that I have here & I would like to continue visiting this location to receive his care, please make sure your staff are on the same page so that they're not reaching out to patients telling them that their test results are normal when they are not. It would also be helpful if follow-up was done more quickly, currently there are large reply delays."

"Dr. Chu was a very good doctor. He listens and is considerate. He takes his time and explains everything with you. He takes time to physically check you out to see what’s going on with you. Very good doctor and yes the staff was great as well. I would highly recommend coming here."
