You're better off going to H&R block- who will at least reimburse you and take responsibility if they mess up or give you bad tax advice.. We made the very costly mistake of trusting tax strategies' advice to amend 3 years of tax returns.  Long story short, they were wrong, and we should never have amended the taxes in the first place. We lost $450 in tax prep fees to tax strategies and another $450 in fees, penalties, and interest to the government.  Tax strategies refused to issue us any refund or reimbursement, and they have yet to acknowledge any responsibility.
