"I had my first meeting with a physician yesterday, who took a careful history, which included the background to my diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and borderline vasculitis, as well as other medically diagnosed illnesses. For the first time in over a year of trying to find medical supervision for problems that have me bed-bound, I was listened to and supported. I am more hopeful of being medically helped than I have been for a long time."
"The kindest and most genuine staff you will ever meet!"
"Excellent service & the blood work my 6 year old son had was significantly cheaper then the cost rates on similar tests by other offices for the same test. They did an amazing job relaxing my son for any of his visits or blood work & spent 100% attention on him. We have never waited & they successfully treated his multiple presenting symptoms. It is the only doctor visit he requests to see with no anxiety because he is so comfortable there & he has had multiple blood drawings on site, so it says a lot. It is interesting that the 2 "1 star" reviews on here are from 2 people who never actually were treated or had an appointment with them. All other reviews so far are 5 stars & all were actually patients! I would highly recommend them for hard to answer health concerns & hope the 2 "1 star" reviews by people who were never seen by them are ignored because they are deterring people from getting actual real help. I have never rated a review before online, this is my one & probably only time I will because I would love to encourage other people to receive help from a practice that can make a huge positive difference like they did for my son."
"We have been seeing Dr Calihan for a year for my daughter and she is wonderful. My daughter has shown unbelievable improvement. Comparatively there fees are reasonable and the doctor takes the time to discuss treatment and we do not feel rushed at all. The front desk has always been extremely helpful and kind in all my dealings with them."
"BEWARE new patients! Horrible, I haven't even stepped foot in their practice and I already have a horrible taste with Five Stone Wellness. On Thursday, March 29th I had scheduled an appointment well in advance to see Dr. Eboni Cornish - for April 23rd as it was "her next available appointment". Prior to scheduling they require a $300 deposit to reserve the appointment. I was so desperate to find answers as I was in the hospital for 4 days prior due to Lyme, so I went ahead and booked the appointment. Within the next few days I was doing research trying to find other practitioners that would be able to see me sooner and hopefully at a much lower cost since $750 for a first time consultation is to much for me (Lyme disease is already a daunting financial burden since it's treatments aren't covered by insurance and places that specialize in Lyme are out-of-pocket). On Wednesday April 4th I contacted Five Stone Wellness to cancel my appointment and to refund my deposit, since I can't afford to continue with treatments at this time and I'd much rather put that $300 towards a roof over my head. The lady over the phone got my information and asked what was the reason, I explained to her that I can't afford it and that I am struggling financially. She said she would talk to her office manager and will contact me back. On Friday, April 6th I received a call from them saying that they WILL NOT refund me my deposit since it is written in their contract. Never once have I seen nor signed a contract with Five Stone Wellness, the appointment was scheduled over the phone not in person. If I would have seen that I would have never scheduled to begin with! Five Stone Wellness "prides" itself in being a wellness and healing center, helping patients create a stress-free and balanced life. Clearly they don't live up to their own standards and would rather keep your money even if it causes you, as a new patient, to be stressed. I would understand if I had cancelled within a few days or a week close to the appointment as it would have interfered with another potential patient, however, I called and cancelled almost one month prior, so they could give the time slot to someone else. They are obviously struggling themselves if they can't refund you, YOUR own money when asked ahead of time. They aren't trying to help people in need - they are robbing! I honestly would have gladly called back in the future to schedule an appointment for Lyme, they've certainly lost me as a patient. It will be funny when they can't provide MY OWN signature on their so called "Contract" that I have never seen nor signed. I will be fighting to get my money back! Sincerely, Lymed-Enough."
