"I am a regular patient here. Recently I made appointment here and receptionist or whoever called and confirmed. I told her all my symptoms and she proceeded to tell me they couldn't address the issues , and they could only see me for 1 thing. If something else bothered me I'd have to make other apoitment to get seen again. I went to different doctor at another facility and was referred to the er. Thank goodness I had someone who cared unlike this doctors office. Surgery required which was the root of all my issues. I will not be using this facility anymore. 0 stars"

"Extremely bad experience the last few times I’ve tried to use them. Rude receptionist and acted as if it was my fault I was sick. To top it off, there is an issue with billing in which they failed to correctly bill my insurance and acknowledged they weren’t able to bill me because of an error code. I gave my insurance information back to them and when they struggled they sent me the whole bill. When I called they lied and said that insurance denied the claim. They told me to talk to my insurance. But they never did bill my insurance, my insurance never got their bill to deny it and when I called again it was determined they were putting in some code or number incorrectly. Who tries to send a whole bill without bothering to train their staff on insurance billing and tell me it was denied when it wasn’t?"

"I had a great experience at the orthopedics area. The staff especially the receptionist was super friendly and nice. The wait wasn't long and my time was not wasted like it has been in the past from other places. X-rays took 5 minutes. Adam was very helpful and down to earth. He also takes his time and doesn't rush getting to the bottom of your issues. I liked that he looks out for your best interests cost-wise giving you options. Overall this place is fantastic! Would recommend!"
