"I called this company to ask if someone there could take a look at my taxes today and the receptionist couldn't have been more rude! There was a bad connection on the line so I repeated myself 3 times. Then communication began to go south. I asked again if someone there could do my taxes and she said "Can someone here do your taxes?" and I said correct. Then she said "Whom do you want to do your taxes?" I was bewildered by her response. So I asked if this was a place that does taxes... Then, to my amazement she responded with and I repeat, "Yeah, you don't mess with the gatekeeper!". Wow! I couldn't have been more shocked. I hope the owner of this reads this because your receptionist(female) is losing you business. And in these days and times I don't think any business can afford that! Good Bye Thomaas Hancher and Co."
