"Rewrite: killed two bugs. OK. The shower walls are stone, they a wet from the inside, I'm sure there is mold. One mirror passed the test, the other did not. Generally, it was not clean. But the staff was very nice"

"Drove a very long distance and hoping by the reviews this hotel would be up to par. Unfortunately that’s not the case. We stayed 1 night, very short stay. Walked into my room and it smelled like smoke. I always check the sheets before getting into the bed and what do I find?…pubic hairs all over the sheets and stains on them. I don’t think the sheets were changed. Not a great experience for sure, but I had to get some sleep. Ended up sleeping uncomfortably on top of all sheets and blankets."

"I stayed one night. Housekeeping had gotten room ready before early check in. Bathroom towels haphazardly folded, toilet paper holder old not working, put us in handicapped room? Shower had big unattractive seat, very out dated. Mattress was so soft, could not sleep well. Sheets very cheap, bottom sheet did not stay on. Room furniture was old, stained, bathroom floor looked dirty. I now live in Rogersville, but would NOT recommend this hotel. Put us across from storage room, heard loud bang at 2:30 am like staff had dropped something. 4:30 am heard vacuuming? The hotel manager gives everyone here with bad reviews the exact same response? He obviously does not care enough or want to spend money to correct these complaints, so many of them?"

"Awesome. Comfortable, clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will say like other stated, there is an odd “smell” that seems to permeate every room, as the entire building is non smoking I’m not sure what it is, but it does dissipate a bit when you run the ac. Either way. I would recommend this hotel over the other ones in the area, it’s also right next to a burger king a subway, an auto zone and a dominos. I am really comfortable and very happy here after a really terrible sleepless night at the quality inn after 17 hours of driving. I’m beyond grateful for the level of comfort I have here at just over $100 a night. Time to get some rest right now as a matter of fact. Thank you!"

"Let me preface this review by saying I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this is an exception. I booked a one night stay at this hotel for our vacation. We were stopping in Rogersville to see a couple of friends as we drove through Tennessee. The outside of the hotel is appealing as it should be. Front desk person was friendly and tried her best to help. First impression of the hotel room was not good. Opened the door to room and was greeted by an awful musty smell. It smelled like someone had been smoking in the room for 20 years and recently moved out. I booked two rooms and both smelled the same way. We looked over the sheets as we usually do and one of the beds sheets was stained and just disgusting. We took the sheets down to the front desk and the clerk was nice about everything, but gave us a mattress bad for a comforter because she couldn't find a clean one. Really?? After going back to our room and making the bed I noticed the black stains on the mattress which looked like mold. I lifted up the sheets on the other bed and same type of stains. I usually use the stairs instead of the elevator and the stairs were filthy also with crumbs everywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. The hotel was not clean and smelled horrible. Again I don't write reviews to bash businesses, but this hotel needs a total makeover. I'm sure I will get a response back from manager saying how sorry they're just like other reviewers have that have complained about this hotel. It doesn't help if you don't make changes, sorry."
