"I have been seeing Dr. Ramdass at the Purcellville office for about a year. He has been such a big help in dealing with my plantar fasciitis. I have not had any trouble getting in touch with the office or Dr. Ramdass when I need help."

"This doctors office is by far the worst. Extremely unprofessional, and no customer service from receptionist. (She needs training on how to treat the customers). I do NOT recommend this place as they are rude and are not willing to work with you. if anything they are just looking to take your money at any cost. If you for some reason are not able to make it to the appointment even though you did not confirm your appt they will refuse to reschedule you for another appt unless you pay them the $25 no show fee. Give your business to another doctors office where they care about their patients and will go far and beyond for the customer."

"First time ever at a Podiatrist. Dr Lonas was terrific and performed surgery on my toes for ganglion cysts. Very knowledgeable and caring. The office staff and scheduling were perfectly fine and I'd recommend them. Thanks!"

"As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very rude receptionist who demanded money before even saw the doctor. The doctor gave me no time rushed me out showed absolutely no compassion and came up with an absolute worst case scenario for my condition. I have since seen another Doctor who since has corrected my condition without surgery. Stay away save your money, beware! . If I could give them zero stars I would"

"I went for an issue with my toe. Doctor took a sample and advised I set up a follow up in a month so the sample could be tested and determine the best course of action. When I returned a month later, after waiting in the waiting room and then waiting more in the exam room, the doctor finally came in and said that we would have to set up another appointment since the sample wasn't ready. So no one from the office could have called me ahead of time, or, at least , not made me wait again? I wasted an entire day for nothing. When I asked them, this time, to call me when the sample was ready, they refused and said I would still have to set up a follow up again in two weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and set it up. The day prior, my wife called the office to be sure the sample was ready, so we wouldn't have to waste yet another day. We were told that too much time had passed and the sample was no longer usable. We would have to come in to take another sample and start the whole process over. I have no doubt if my wife had not had the good sense to call, they would have let me come in again. Horribly run office. I would advise against going there."
