"My first time experience was horrible. My appointment was at 1:41pm and wasn’t seen until almost 4pm. I didn’t understand due to the fact that it was only two people ahead of me. Another thing I didn’t understand was I was charge $1 at the time of the appointment than almost 2 months later was charged for $150 out of nowhere. I contacted billing stating I needed an itemized bill and also receipt for insurance purposes. I was told I could receive that via mail or email, mail would take 3-5 business days and email should come within 1-2 days. Never received anything and have been calling to receive this information but have receiving the run around but didn’t hesitate to deduct the funds from my account."

When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken back right away. The Doctor came in about 2 minutes later, and I was out the door within 5 minutes. Total time in office was 10 minutes! I will definitely be coming back for any other urgent care needed in the future!"
