"Husband and I just spent a weekend here and it was amazing. Nice cool basement, completely private, firm bed, full stocked kitchen, and the best breakfast I have had at a BnB in years. We left very satisfied and full for a day of exploration in the Mountains, and it is located in the center of many breweries, cideries, and distilleries. Only difficult thing was their driveway is a bit steep in places with large rock gravel so it was hard at times for my little car to climb the hill. Had to put in reverse to level ground and then floor it up, but this just proves I need a car with 4wheel drive in general! Excellent job, guys! Extremely fair price. Highly recommend."

"This is our second time for having stayed with our hosts, Chris and Susan, at Simpson’s Hollow Bed & Breakfast. Once more they outdid themselves. First by being very accommodating to change our dates not once but twice. Second, MelaDee is gluten intolerant and Susan ensured that all our breakfast needs were fully met. Oh, did I mention the fruit for breakfast? Each of our bowls were overflowing and there was enough food to feed an Army. Simpson’s Hollow is situated at the foot of one of the Blue Ridge Mountains, near Lovingston, Virginia. The place is quiet, restful and the scenery is breathtaking. You can walk the gravel road to the main road. You may find deer, rabbits, ferret/weasels, squirrels and other animals as you travel the road. Ensure you go near the main road at sunset. The pictures you can take are beautiful. The lower level of the house is all yours. An apartment that is spacious, comfortable and that has all the amenities you would require for a short, or even a long stay. Be prepared to be out of service when the skies are cloudy or stormy. But why worry? You are here to relax and unwind. Please take the time to do so. You won’t regret it!"

"This place is huge, cozy and well stocked with anything you need for cooking (pots pans silverware and plates bowls) grill out back and bedding. The master suite is amazing. We loved it and will visit again."
