"On 07/12/23 at 0207 a man a brought two long purple boxes. He said he brought a knee immobilizer. When I initially asked what was in the box, the man was rude. He immediately told me that it would hurt being placed in the brace. I was already familiar with the brace that he was placing on me so I was telling him that was too loose and tried to assist. He was pulling on the brace with my leg inside it roughly while tightening down on the Velcro! I kept trying to reach for the brace and he said he had it. I told him I understand that but it wasn't his leg it was my mine. After I signed the paperwork acknowledging that I received the brace, I asked him what his name was and he said Mohammod. I learned minutes later from another Nurse that his name was Charles. I have been laying in the emergency room in the hallway since 07/11/23 at approximately ??? At that time I waiting for a room in the main hospital because I was admitted. Nurse Charles lacks professionalism and treated me in a manner that is less than acceptable. Please speak to this Nurse about his performance and bedside manner. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Ann Thomason"
