"I’m a few months or so behind writing this review but I suppose that’s on par with the turn around time you may experience at The Jones Group. I had an appt at the end of February with one of the CPA’s where I provided all tax documents needed to file our state and federal taxes. I was told the turn around time is about 2-3 weeks and I should receive a call around that time. At the 4 week mark I still had not heard from them so I called to inquire and was told it was in “review” and to allow until the following week for that to be completed. Still nothing the following week. I called again. Told the same thing. I called weekly, sometimes twice a week. I was always told it was in review. I asked to speak directly to the CPA we had our meeting with and was always told she wasn’t available and would leave her a message to return my call. I never received a call back from her. I continued to call weekly, sometimes more often. It wasn’t until week 12 I believe that my file was complete. Extremely disappointed with this firm. If the turn around time is 3 months, tell the customer that so I can expect a long wait or I can go elsewhere. If you’re running behind, don’t dodge my phone calls or feed me lies to keep me waiting. Very unprofessional. I will be looking for another firm to transfer my business to next year."

"A little disappointed in the response time of the "Book your Consultation, Let's get Started" process. The process took about 1.5-2 months. Sent two email inquiries, finally got a call back and gave all my screening information, and 3 weeks went by and no call. I inquired again only for them to tell me they are no longer taking any clients. I would suggest updating the website, or being more responsive to any inquiries."
