"The staff and nurses at this facility are the most caring, sweet humans on the planet. Taking a toddler to get tests done is never fun but they really help to accommodate for the littles that pass through here. They keep cute shows playing throughout the patient areas, the check-in nurse gave us crayons and a coloring page, and the nurse was so patient and communicative. 10/10 recommend!"

"My family and I live in Florida. We headed to New York City for spring break for a week and my daughter got really sick. We made a pitstop in Hampton roads to see my parents. We visited two different ERs in the Hampton roads area that misdiagnosed my daughter. Thankfully a Riverside ER doc did the appropriate tests and had her transported to CHKD, where she was admitted. We had the most amazing care. The ENT department docs were amazing and all of her nurses and health care professionals were just amazing. We couldn't ask for better care than what we received. She was hospitalized for four days and were able to get her better before heading back to Florida."

"Their system is off. I waited an hour in the waiting room for a simple blood draw. The nurse/doctor who brought us back said that they never knew I was out there because the system didn't send back my info. I didn't like that."

"My daughter just had surgery, as things go with Covid 19 you can only have one parent with the patient. Yet it’s different for employees, with family members randomly coming in. Just to talk and visit. Kind of sad for parents, having to sit there for hours and no trade off with your spouse, if you needed to. Also the receptionist Lindsey, very rude and unprofessional. Would avoid at all costs."
