"Certain people in a position don't know their job description to be able to perform their job. They'll ask someone else, then that person will ask someone else and nothing gets resolved. By law, every patient gets a discharge papers, even if they're being transferred to another facility. They'll get discharged from one place and then transfer to another facility & if the person is impaired, they will give it to the next of kin, if present or with transferring the patient so the patient will have a copy. This is done so patients will not get lost being transported to facilities & so after care plans can be managed for patients to take home or to their primary physician. How can a patient keep up with the dates of service if they don't have their discharge papers. What if they can't remember? Also, privacy of patients information is supposed to be kept confidential, patients information being discussed on a group chat instead of (in person)for a meeting or appropriate person of the position that needs the information. I will get a second, third, fourth & so on opinion before accepting the diagnosis. Misdiagnosed has happened here. They need more doctors that specialize in the type of treatment for patients care."

"Dr Johnson is not professional. I went in there with a torn ligament in my elbow and he kept going by x-rays from a doctor I do not see anymore. I explained over and over along with my husband that I saw a different ortho and he just dismissed me like it was nothing in the same condition that I went in for. I definitely do not recommend this hospital."

"Am back at the ER for the same stomach issues I’ve been having. Yet again I was told they don’t know what to tell me. Get some ER drs that understand rare conditions. Interesting their blood tests contradict the Mayo Clinic’s blood results that I just had done Wednesday. If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would! TERRIBLE. The nurse and phlebotomist were great tonight however."

"Went in Saturday with severe under shoulder pain that traveled all the way down my arm to my fingers as well as pins and needles feeling. I cried the whole 4 hours while there. Doctor did xray said nothing showed. Gave me pain medication while there which didn't help. I told him as I was still crying and he said he wouldn't give me anything else. So all weekend i was in pain , not able to sleep etc. I just left my doctor office today (monday) who said emergency doctor should have ordered CT scan cause xray showed I had bone on bone. Which explains why I'm in so much pain. Now I have been referred to ortho and to get nerve study done."

"Very unprofessional, didn’t want to give me the proper treatment I need and lacked of attention. I asked can the light be turn off so I can rest up and they told me no and also pulled the curtain up so everyone can look at me while they told me I have to take my clothes off so they can do a EKG. I hate this hospital and do not recommend anyone to go here!"
