"I had rotator cuff surgery yesterday January 30th 2024. Dr Perez and his team were top notch from beginning to end! No flaws at all. The OR team Dr. Perez,Brian,John,Haley,and Wilton made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The smoothest I’ve ever been put under! Outstanding work! Kelly and Rhonda were great for prep and kept me laughing. Great attitudes! In recovery Ashley and Morgan gave me such outstanding care and were so nice and caring keeping me as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of me! Outstanding job everyone and THANK YOU all very much!"

"Went in for a standard colonoscopy came out with sepsis. Worst hospital ever. Tried to post another review, but since I did this one, it won’t let me. Had to take friend with cancer to ER for nose bleed. They were fast to take him in. After getting sepsis from this hospital, I watched closely! NO gloves when putting in iv needle to administer medication! NO alcohol, wipes were used in between meditation and saline to flush. I wonder how many sepsis cases they do have."

"I wish there was a zero star rating. My 85 year old mother in law fell while on vacation and this was the worst care we have ever experienced. My mother in law has dementia and broke her shoulder bone. They refused to admit her and consequently, they missed a fracture in her leg. Then they discharged her without a wheelchair or hospital bed or any equipment in our home because they said we were ready to care for her, but just didn’t know it. They were determined not to admit her because they feared insurance wouldn’t pay. Fortunately, we don’t live in the area, but if you do, run!! I don’t know of any hospitals in my area with a 2.8 rating. But, they really don’t care. This hospital should be closed. We filed complaints with the Department of Health and Human Services for age and race discrimination. And, we filed a complaint with the Center for Medicaid and Medicare services for an unsafe discharge. Don’t tolerate poor performing hospitals. File complaints. Hold them accountable I am a Senior Pastor with 30 years of experience and I am on a Patient Advocate team at a local hospital, so I know without a shadow of doubt that this hospital is subpar."

"I had set up an appointment with a urologist here. I called in to verify their treatment of certain patients. I got intrusive and HIPPA violating questions in return. If you are in the LGBTQ+ community, or specifically Transgender, this hospital is not safe overall. Stay safe folks. This is your warning that this place is dangerous."

"We just moved here. Military family. My daughter who has underlying heart/lung condition has had terrible breathing lately. This was the closest ER. It was nice, clean and everyone was really nice and friendly. They were pretty quick and did her testing within a good time. I think this is a fantastic hospital with our first visit."
