"I went here the other day and I’ve always had bad experiences at other hospitals from around the world but Mary Immaculate impressed me with how kind and attentive every single employee that work there was to me. I was seen within 10min of waiting and everyone was very prompt with rendering care and services . I’ll have to say this hospital is the best hospital I’ve ever been to and i don’t take healthcare lightly. Every nurse that came into my room made sure i was the right patient and even Double checked. The X-ray tech that came to my room was very nice and made sure i was highly comfortable before she left. I felt heard and taken seriously and nowadays it’s hard to feel like you’re being heard within the healthcare system. I appreciate every last worker there who showed me kindness and care ."

"Worst hospital ever. Doctors are a joke, and they don’t take their patients seriously. I had an ER emergency with my one week old child. They sent CPS to my house to waste my time. When he was choking & turning blue! Asking questioned as to why I didn’t call 911 when the hospital was 3 lights away. Will never set foot on this place. Will rather drive all the way to Riverside"

"The staff in front, triage, and in the room were all polite, professional, and kind. I was here a week ago for my son and the experience both times was exceptional. My concerns were listened to and staff communicated well amongst each other. They were organized and thorough with my care. The location is clean and calm. I truly appreciate the care I received for both myself and my child."

"Horrible place to receive treatment. That is if they choose to see you. Kept me and my family waiting for hours just tell us they will not due a physical on the kids after we disclosed the situation at hand. How ever we still got billed. Not to mention that my wife (who came in due to a car accident) was placed in a result waiting room. Not even a real room. Absolutely horrible experience. This used to be a great hospital, now it’s just another scam artist."

"Day shift in the emergency room was very kind and super helpful. They were on point with their care. Then shift change happened and the staff that took over could not care less about anyone in the emergency room. They were too busy being loud about their personal lives, dates, parties. If you went out to the nurses station to ask them about anything they immediately got an attitude. They lied about calling a doctor about meds. I could hear them yelling at other patients. When they finally came to take my husband up to a room (9 hours after arriving at the emergency room) they told us that I would have to leave. He asked when would I be able to come back. The man that was taking him up stopped what he was doing and started screaming down the hallway that my husband didn't want to go upstairs. All he asked was when I could come back he never said anything about not wanting to go up to his room Night shift is very unprofessional. It's a shame because this used to be a fantastic hospital. At this point I wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless they want to be forgotten about and verbally abused by the night shift staff."
