"I give a low star ok service because of that J3rk they have working there, a gray hair old man. I was super rude to us and came even cursing and being intolerant about anything. Next time, we might call and if he still here, we would not return. Other than that the place is cool."

"Beautiful place to stay. It is located up by the top of the world @Snowshoe. I can't wait to see the place renovated this coming spring. In fact, they have already started renovating the inside. Rented a place for the weekend in early November. The views and walks on the trails nearby are just amazing. Can't wait to come back next summer. I'm planning in staying a week this time!"

"Love this place. Great place to stay. Just up the hill from the main spot (Village) but no issues because there is a bus constantly running. Maybe a 5 minute ride if that. Room was clean and everything worked. Family fit great. Hot tubs are awesome. There is also a game too with a few video games in the lobby for the kids. highly recommended."

"The room is VERY dated! The smoke detector was beeping when we arrived. The internet speed is a slow crawl. Was very dissapointed the hot tub was closed "because of Covid" but suprised to find other buildings with working poold and hot tubs! Covid my @$$."
