"Where to begin. To start, you can't actually reach the office without going through an offsite service based in another country. There is a bit of a language barrier and they are reluctant to put you through to the office manager. Ridiculous for a practice in Richmond VA.Then it took an act of congress, practically, to get my medical records sent to another practice and I had to follow up multiple times to get it done...and had to go nuclear to get a result (not something I wish to do). The communication with my Dr. was abysmal. I had a concerning test result and never received a phone call from Dr. Browning to discuss it properly and only received brief responses via the patient portal that I had to try to decipher. There seemed to be zero sense of urgency around the matter. BUT, this is not unusual for corporate run practices that seem to be solely concerned with profit and not patient care. Let's just say that I would not feel comfortable being treated with a serious condition at this practice. I shouldn't be expected to have to track down a doctor to get lab results and then not even receive a call to discuss them. If the doctors are THAT busy, perhaps the practice is being run inefficiently."

"I don't think this applies to just this practice only, but I'm 25 years old and I recently discovered I have a heart arrhythmia. Given that this is a new change for me despite the severity of the situation, I feel as though the doctor I had completely dismissed me because of my age. I had plenty of questions that were still left unanswered, but they had no problem scheduling me for test that I could not afford. When I tried to reschedule and reach out again to give them another chance I still have been waiting for 2 weeks now just to schedule an appointment..... 0/10 if I could"

"Dr. Singh has been a godsend to my mother. She has had several procedures since being under Dr. Singh's care and she trusts him to know what is best for her. He is a wonderful doctor who is kind and soft spoken and always willing to answer all your questions. His staff is top notch and always willing to help. My mother loved it here so much that my father and I decided to go here when we needed cardiac care and we love it too."

"Have been bringing my father here for appointments for a while. I have to say the sign on the receptionist’s desk is highly inappropriate- only an evil person would have something like this on their desk. I can’t believe the doctors here tolerate this. I am very concerned about his condition and seeing this every time we come in is upsetting. I have said as much to her but she just laughs. This is just one of several reasons I would not recommend this location."
