"We stayed two nights here for my family trip to Massanutten. The hotel is only 25 min away from the slope and provided better service at a very reasonable price than staying at the resort. The hotel is closed to everything you will need during a trip. Clean room and pool/jacuzzi, especially nice for a winter trip. Will stay again."

"We stayed for two nights and it was very nice. The rooms were super clean, and very spacious. The hotel is centrally located to any major types of shopping as well as the JMU campus and many grocery stores most of which were less than 10 min away a lot of which could be walked to easily. The staff was always smiling and very friendly, the pool and spa are both kept in great condition both structurally and chemically. There wasent the strong Chem smell you usually get with indoor pools/spas which usually means the chemicals are kept balanced properly, which I'd say they were as I utilized both the pool and the hot tub multiple times during my stay. (I was a pool_hot tub tech for many years). They had complimentary lobby coffee available 24/7 and was actually very tasty coffee (I'm picky tbh about coffee) so the fact that it was good coffee on top of available 24/7 is amazing. The continental breakfast was always fresh and hot, clearly labeled, they had choices in case people didn't eat a certain food eg pork AND turkey sausage, and the dining room stayed clean even while it was busy. The biggest reason for my 5 star review aside from the aforementioned was the customer service. There's a young man that worked behind the desk named Isaiah (sorry if I misspelled that) he went above and beyond to help me locate a relatively obscure item. He was not busy one morning so I asked if he by chance knew where I could find it, he took a couple min out of his morning while he was not busy to not only look up a business he thought may have it, he also called them to verify prior to sending me there, I've never received such outstanding service from a hotel before. All of the staff were very friendly to interact with in general but Isaiah went above and beyond when he didn't have to. 10 out of 10 I WILL be staying here again, we travel to Harrisonburg a few times a year and we found our new spot."

"This was the second weekend in a row that I stayed here for a JMU football game. It could not have gone smoother. The two employees at check in, Diana and Isaiah, were extremely accommodating and helpful. The rooms were super clean and put together both weekends. The location also can’t be beat. I will continue to stay here every time I come up for a game or just to visit with my Duke!"

"Gym equipment looked by new. I enjoyed the indoor pool it was something different to do, especially with it being cold outside. I like that this morning they put the breakfast out early, probably around 5:30. Usually, I have to miss it."

"Well run operation with professional front desk staff. Effortlessly extended my stay when something came up last minute. Facilities are a bit dated but they are actively renovating. Gym is really tiny but they give you free access to a really nice full service gym down the road."
