"Long term good, reliable installation and service. We did a major remodel about 8 years ago and wanted to go with a geothermal heat pump for the cheaper heat, hot water option, and the warmer air output, and the tax credit option. We were also having a well drilled at the same time so I asked the well driller if he had any recommendations for a geothermal installation company. (Wells are needed for closed loop geo systems.) He said that he could only recommend 2 local HVAC contractors based on his experience. I was familiar with one and knew they were good but also very expensive. REBoggs was the other so Reb came out and talked with me and my general contractor. I could tell Reb knew what he was talking about and the rapport between him, my contractor, and me, was honest and open. Reb wrote up a few options, and in the end, after the tax credit, the geo was only slightly more expensive than a regular heat pump. We also got service contracts (2 preventative visits a year) for this geo heatpump, and 2 standard heatpumps already on the property. Here it is 8 years later and we are still happy with Boggs. We've only needed 2 actual "service calls" in that time and both were handled quickly and without any complications. Reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend them."

"5 years and 3 months ago I had to use Boggs to replace my a/c unit due to them being the company for my home warranty. While they were here they where extremely rude and completely unprofessional. 3 days ago my unit stopped working, I had another company come out to look at it since my previous experience with Boggs was so horrendous. Apparently Boggs did a bunch of sketchy installments along with the unit they installed not even be the correct type of unit I need causing my power bill to sky rocket and my new unit to work over time. My 5 year warranty was up 3 months ago and I have to replace the unit yet again along with repairing everything that having an improper unit damaged. So if you want to pay more every month on your electric bill, replace your unit every 5 years, and be berated for asking simple questions Boggs is the company for you."

"Great experience. Made the appointment Monday morning and my ac was fixed Wednesday morning. Technician easily diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone!"

"Co was contacted via home warranty service on multiple occasions. No show. Reschedule - no show and then a total waive off of a recently scheduled HVAC tune up. Clearly has an issue with the Warranty Company. I am Empathetic, however, as a customer on the receiving end of non service, non communication, it says much about this small business’s lack of commitment to warranty contracts and lack of respect to the end user who copays for their services. I paid $100. 3 weeks later, still no visit or phone call. I am no longer a customer with the warranty company. However because of this experience, I wouldn’t contact Boggs for service."

"Cannot say enough about the response and helpfulness of Lisa and Michael at RE Boggs today. My heat was out and they were incredibly patient and didn't make me sound like an idiot for the easy fix. I will never turn to anyone else for future HVAC needs!"
