"I arrived at 11:45am with my sick non verbal child, who cannot tell anyone what’s wrong. At 7:00pm I asked for a charge nurse as we still have not seen a doctor. To no avail we are still here in the waiting room with an approximate wait time of 2hrs. This is my first, and last visit."

"If I could give it a negative star I would. Stay away this is by far the worse hospital in MD, the wait time is the worse. They don’t care if you’re in pain, no medicine is administered at least while waiting. Ppl have been here for 12 hrs."

"Can't give 0 stars but would. Worst ER experience ever. Took my wife per a request from her doctor. Got registered fast. Waited a while (4 hours, yes I know it's a metro ER). When I went to the desk was told that is may be ANOTHER 4 hours. We opted to leave at that point for other options."

"I was told my wait time is 7 to 8 hours. There seemed to be no staff on shift for the ER. No body coming to get patients and perform any services. The register you and you wait, and wait, and wait. Never coming here again."
