"Nice people"
"Very nice people. During our time there they made sure we had drinks and snacks if wanted. Very sweet and helpful to our family."
"One of the best CAN office's in WV!"
"With Michelle Masaroni involved, I doubt any child is protected. She ignores abuse/kidnapping/torture of patients of nursing homes, while hiding/concealing/covering up the DHHR workers she is over, henious crimes against people., allowing the use of force and threats to get patient and families to agree with DHHR lies that only serve to protect their ongoing crimes. DHHR rules oer Legal Aid, Ombudsman, the courts, etc. They consider themelves above the law and expect you to believe everything they say even when they misquote or make up new laws. They do not know the laws and therefore canot use them to even do the right thing. They have shown to have a lack of education and knowledge of their field, poor communication skills, as yelling and lying are not acceptable, they refuse to speak when being recording, they lie and say they "recorded it" in court, yet never produce evidence only further stating I have 2 to 3 witnesses who were listening in. It is a waste of taxpayers money. I strongly encourage anyone to check the internet for all of the heinous crimes, tricks, etc that DHHR workers do to kidnap a person, adult or child, take their income, and then get a bonus for doing so. Even they admit they cannot process all their cases in a timely fashion. Perhaps if they did their job, rather than seeing visits to nursing homes as visiting their friends who feed them, listening to the crimes, rather than ignoring them, then so many people would NOT have to die. Record all conversations with these heinous criminals."
