Family Farmhouse Inn is a charming lodging option located at 355 Orchard Drive in Mount Jackson, Virginia. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, celebrating a special occasion, or planning a family vacation, we strive to be your home away from home.
Situated in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley, our newly updated 1830's restored Victorian homestead offers clean and comfortable cottages that provide a safe haven after a day of exploring the area. The former "hen house" and "wash house" cottages have been converted into four separate units that blend antique charm with modern conveniences.
Our accommodations include the "Blue Ridge" cottage, a downstairs two-room suite with a queen bed, twin trundle beds, and a small kitchen; the "Aloft" cottage upstairs with a queen bed; the "Spring House" downstairs with a queen bed; and the "Treetops" upstairs with a double bed. All rooms have full bathrooms.
While our property may transport you back to colonial days, we offer modern amenities such as free wifi, Smart TVs, outdoor relaxation areas with a propane fire pit, a swing set for children, and various outdoor games for the whole family. You can rest in luxurious cotton bedding with allergy covers and enjoy coffee, hot chocolate, or apple cider made in the Keurig. Each room also includes a mini-fridge and microwave for added convenience.

She made every accommodation possible to make everything go smoothly and, despite all of our efforts, they did.
