The dance classes will keep you moving burning clories while you have a smile on your face and singing along. If you are not a dancer, turn offers a lot of great weight lifting and strength classes. Most days/nights you can do strenght and then cardio together. I moved to Richmond in 2018 and TURN quickly became my favorite place to workout and meeting new people."
