"Dr. Nick Fugate is a great dr. He is a busy dr but he listened to my concern and went forward with what needed to be done. The only thing that I had a issue with is I needed ppwk filled out from my work. I had to keep coming in to get it updated and was told he is very busy. I understand that but I am busy as well. But he got the ppwk filled out after some time. Also, dr ordered a ct scan. It took like 2 weeks to get it and I still do not know the results after a week has gone by, when the person who done the scan said he should get it the next day. No one has notified me. That is why I gave 3 stars. But the experience with the staff and dr was pleasant."
