"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired them for my husband who is paralyzed chest down due to an accident. The caregiver attempted to wash and major scalded both his feet with hot water causing second degree burn. He had to be treated at the Burn Center in Richmond. Prior to the incident I have already warned the company about sending people with no experience, training, they only care to fill in shifts that’s all. We reported them."

"My mother was hospitalized for a week due to blood pressure, blood sugar, and Afib. She is also suffering from symptoms of pseudo-dementia. We were able to call Care Advantage and book a young lady named Kenya to sit with her for what ended up being 4 nights. Mom's discharge date kept getting pushed back, but Kenya was there wherever Mom needed her. The company was responsive and flexible, and Kenya was just precious. She advocated for my mom when the rehab facility was late in bringing her insulin and genuninely cared for my mom and her well-being. She was nothing short of an angel on Earth. The service is expensive, but it's hard to put a price on peace-of-mind, which is what Kenya and Care Advantage provided for my family."

"Don’t use these people for anything. They showed up for 2 days then nothing. They didn’t even bother to call. My father in law called them on the first day they didn’t show and was told they would be there the next day. They never showed or called so he called them and canceled them. My wife and I were also very upset. This is not how you run a business and care for people."

"They will lie to the clients before they become clients that their company is the best but they are not. Unprofessional, rude, don't care about the clients or the caregivers, don't like to answer when in need, take caregivers off cases without letting them know, putting extra cases on caregivers schedule without the caregivers knowing. Sends the caregivers to wrong address and have to bother the clients family that lives out of town (which upsets them) . Care advantage is just not a good company for a client or caregivers. I worked for them for three years 2016-2019 didn't have any problems but went back for employment and different staffing and after a month of this company I wanted to put my two weeks notice in but after i told them I was removed from my last case and kicked out the app, so basically they are trying to fire me for wanting to but in my two weeks notice because of their behavior and how they conduct their business."
