"After being on hold for over 45 minutes, (I called at 6:30 pm & they close at 8) while I was at work, to see if I could be seen, they never answered my call. I walked in the door still on hold at 7:50- I decided to leave and head there because I knew that since I was on hold with them, they would understand and see me. Nope. The receptionist laughed at me. How was I supposed to know you take the last person at 7:40. I was ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR waiting to see if I could be seen, so I wouldn’t waste my time. Shocker, y’all made me waste my time. Then she assumed I don’t work tomorrow and I can just mosey on in here at 8am. I came to the URGENT clinic for a REASON. Now I see why you have 2 stars. I do really love the doctors I’ve seen here though. I suppose the care you receive is worth it, if you take the other staff out of the equation."

"The Drs and nurses at CMG are great very friendly and helpful. But it is very frustrating when you call off and on all day and no one answers the phone to all you to ask questions or make appointments. I have called about 15 times today with no answer. They should always have someone available to answer phone for pasents."

"Not from around here and travel all over the United States and have seen many doctors that are flakes or Quacks. And was real leery about going to this hospital. But had a very good Doctor Melissa Gill. Great person to talk to that actually listened to u. And just didn't rush u along. If I lived here in this area I would have loved to keep her as my regular Doctor"

"I wish 0 was an option. An hour after the appointment the nurse took vitals, didn't see anyone for an hour and decided to leave none of the nurses were surprised or tried to stop me. They acted like it happens regularly. If they're understaffed, I understand, but why keep scheduling people and make them wait. The appointment was 3 hours after I went in the first time."

"I was just discharged from the 3rd floor med/surgical unit after a 2-3 day stay, and the Nursing Staff, Doctors, laboratory staff, Secretaries, Housekeeping, Police, Emergency personnel were by far the most competent, caring, reliable and professional personnel I have ever met. I think they deserve to be recognized as the Unit of the Month. Thanks to all the Volunteers , Katherine Hunter"
