"This hospital’s emergency room department is a joke. They don’t know how to treat people. My grandson had just had a seizure and we stopped to make sure he was ok. We hadn’t been in the room with him 2 minutes and were told we had to leave that we were cluttering the emergency room. He’s 3 years old and obviously didn’t know why his grandparents had to leave him. He cried literally broke my heart that I couldn’t hold him like he wanted. If I have anything to do with it none of my kids or grandkids will ever go back to this awful hospital."

"Was scheduled to see Dr Patterson on 10th the nasty rude girls in his office changed my appointment to the 23rd and never called to tell me anything they called me on 9th to confirm my appt but I guess I did not need to know I asked why I was not notified of change but they just got rude and blamed my Drs office it's anybody else's fault but theirs the Rudest staff in a hospital I have ever dealt with"

"I’ve never had a hospital staff be so kind, caring and understanding. Especially the registered nurse Tabitha, the tech Tamika, and my provider Kelli Billiter, they made sure they helped me with everything and went above and beyond with their care. I came in for anxiety and panic attacks that wouldn’t stop and was feeling so down and afraid. Thanks to them I left feeling hopeful and optimistic with reassurance that everything would be alright. Their help meant more to me than they will ever know and I can’t thank them all enough."

"This place is a joke to society…. The waiting time is for me anyways has always been 3-4 hours no matter what day or what is wrong with me, they just seem like they honestly don’t care about there stuff like other hospitals do, not clean and just overall a joke to be called a hospital. I have never been in and out here, it’s always been at least 3-4 hours even if I am the only one here in the er, the er lobby is a complete joke. They got some nice staff here but most are just a joke to even be here. By the way this review is only about the E.R, not the whole hospital itself as a whole but yes don’t recommend this place to anyone, just go to a better hospital if possible! Update also waiting for 4 hours today, the medication they prescribed me wasn’t covered by my health insurance :)!"
