"As a small business owner I understand that it is important to be patient understanding and courteous to my customers. This is of the upmost importance to a small business. I was referred to this business for bookkeeping and tax preparation. They scheduled an appointment with me for those purposes at my appointment I was told that they were not taking any more bookkeeping services. Then why would they schedule an appointment for me for bookkeeping services? Makes absolutely no sense to me and a complete waste of my time and there’s. I then asked if they would prepare my taxes I had forgotten a document. I then called back to reschedule and make another appointment due to my mistake whereby I was told that they really didn’t have Any future appointments available. The wackiest thing I have ever seen. Unless I was rejected based on my appearance guess we’ll never know. I would definitely not recommend this business for Tax preparation or Book keeping. Very disappointed"
