"We could not have been happier at Bright horizons Inova Fairfax. We feel very lucky that our daughter able to attend an environment that was so caring and sensitive to our family’s needs. She began her time at Bright Horizons with severe separation anxiety and we credit the staff and teachers with helping our daughter to thrive and grow into a happier and emotionally healthier child. The only reason we left the center is because we moved an hour away. It was a very hard decision but after 4 months of the commute, we knew we had to try a new school. They have huge shoes to fill. Crystal Weakley has phenomenal communication skills and is professional and empathetic, training and leading a great administrative staff and teachers. Ms. Cherita and Ms. Alex are nothing short of amazing- the first non family members that our child has ever been able to form a connection with. I am thankful for their patience, kindness, attention to safety, and the care they showed our daughter and us during a difficult and uncertain time where we were very concerned about our child’s development."

"We’ve had our son here for 2 years and we like it. Ms.Michelle and Ms.Pearl are great for two year olds. They do really great art projects that foster creativity and thinking-which are foundational steps for building intelligence. They really care for the kids and the front office staff are great! Crystal is a great communicator with the parents, accommodates requests, and seems to run the center very well. Sahar and shanita are great in the front too! Claudia and Donna are great in 1s and Daisy is outstanding. Cathy is good and Tina is really caring but she can be a little brusque with the kids. Her voice is very loud as well. The center could improve by adding more color and art inside the classrooms and on all walls of the rooms at the kids’ level so it’s not so drab. Most of the parents and kids are medical staff of the hospital and being near the hospital makes me a little more Comfortable that if anything happened, my son would be able to get care quickly. As far as daycares go, there are better ones and none are perfect, but for the price this one is really great. We’ve been really happy with him going here."

"I share custody and have a schedule that not many daycare centers are willing to work with. Bright Horizons was able to accommodate my schedule at a very reasonable rate. My son is really enjoying the new daycare/preschool toddler program and that makes me feel more comfortable. I have personally met with 3 of the teachers and can only say they truly are great people. Bright Horizons sends a daily email report of meals, activities, and photos that makes it easy to archive and share. There are many educational toys, activities, and a great outdoor play area for the children to get plenty of exercise. It is still too early for me to leave a thorough review so I will revisit this and update after more time has passed. So far, very pleased and on pace for a 5 star review. UPDATE: My son has been attending this daycare for more than several months. I have had no issues with the care provided and the teachers are very good with him. From what I've seen, they treat him no different than the other kids which is a great thing. He loves his teacher and talks fondly of her and his time there. They have been very accommodating to my schedule and needs. I highly recommend Bright Horizons by Fairfax Hospital. Great people, and that's what matters most."
